Yes, you can cancel anytime, but I strongly encourage you to commit to at least the first 3 months to work through the Fitness For Life Coaching process to establish a solid fitness foundation and start cultivating healthy habits and a growth mindset before taking off on your own.
I will provide you with the roadmap, expert guidance, tools and support. If you show up weekly, follow the process, take action, utilize the accountability plan, and reach out to me when you have questions or are struggling with something, you will get results.
The time commitment will depend on the workouts you do and how much you engage with your coaching membership every month, but every investment of time you make towards your health and fitness is 100% worth it today, and far into your future. And I know you are busy, so my coaching is designed to help you show up as best you can no matter how busy you are.
This is an intensive group coaching membership with direct access to coaching with me, Corene Repnik, to help you make your health and fitness a priority for lifelong health and fitness.
