and a busy work-from-home mom who knows how hard it can feel to make health and fitness a priority while juggling all the things.

It is an interactive group coaching membership designed to guide you through the journey of creating a fit and healthy body that aligns with your personal goals and fits with your desired lifestyle. In the club, you do not have to show up perfectly every day, you do not have to cut out entire food groups, you do not have to workout excessively, you do not have to stop eating and drinking the foods and drinks you love, you do not have change your entire life only to receive short-term results. The club is designed for people who want healthy, lasting results, which is why we focus on implementing realistic habits in the areas that make the greatest impact to your overall health and fitness.
This club is designed specifically for busy women like you and me. I try to keep everything short and simple for easy absorption and implementation. Every week I will provide you with ONE key area to focus on, and different ways to engage, but you get to choose how and when you engage, and how much time and effort you put into the club. However, with that said, I hope by you joining the club, you are committing to make the time for the coaching and for your health and fitness, since that is the whole point of the club.
The club is designed specifically for busy women juggling all the things, so don't expect a big time commitment every week. Every week there is a new focus and coaching content, but the journey is ultimately self-paced, so the commitment will depend entirely on you. I do strongly encourage you to commit to reading the weekly emails, diving into the coaching content whenever possible, and showing up as best you can every day, as this is what will eventually lead you to a fit and healthy body you can realistically sustain.
The Fit For Life Club is a group coaching membership designed to help you create a fit and healthy body you can enjoy and sustain throughout your life. Real sustainable changes take time to build and master! So while you can cancel your monthly membership any time, I strongly encourage you to commit to one whole year to establish a healthy, sustainable foundation. This will provide you with a better chance of long-term success. But, the length of your commitment to the club is entirely up to you. You can be a member of the club for as long as you need to reach your goals, and for as long as you want to enjoy the coaching, tracking, workshops, health guides, workouts, recipes, accountability, support and more.
