The Fit For Life Club is not another diet or program. It is an interactive group coaching membership with direct access to my coaching that will guide and support you through every step of your health and fitness journey for as long as you need me. You don't have to walk this journey alone, constantly trying new things without success. I am really busy, how will i find the time?

This club is designed for busy women like you, and it isn't designed for implementing in a "less busy" season of life. The Fit For Life community is made up of a diverse community, each with unique goals, values, perspectives, and lives. If your goal is to have a fit and healthy body, you have to know how to show up in busy seasons, and all seasons of life, and the Fit For Life Club will help you do just that. The coaching and resources I provide inside the club are geared toward helping you create a fit and healthy body that aligns with your goals and lifestyle. And every second you put effort into your health is 100% worth it now, and for your future. Investing time and money into your health and fitness is never wasted!

What kind of a time commitment is this?

It depends on you. While I am coaching and guiding you through a step-by-step process, the journey is ultimately self-paced, so timing will depend on you. You can commit as little or as much time as you want. Just remember, every investment you make towards your health and fitness is 100% worth it today, and far into your future. And I know you are busy, so the club is designed to help you show up as best you can no matter how busy you are.

how many months do i need to commit?

This is a Fit For Life Club and coaching membership designed to help you create a fit and healthy body you can enjoy and sustain throughout your life. Real sustainable changes take time to build and master! While you can cancel your monthly membership any time, I strongly encourage you to commit to at least 6 months, but ideally one whole year to work through my Fit For Life coaching and establish a solid foundation before going off on your own. If you signed up for an annual membership, you can cancel before your next year's renewal date if the club is no longer serving you. The length of your commitment to the club is ultimately up to you. You can be a member of the club for as long as you need to reach your goals and for as long as you want to enjoy the coaching, tracking, workshops, health guides, workouts, recipes, accountability, support and more.

How do I know if I am ready for this?

If you are at a point where staying the same and not changing your health and fitness is harder than changing, you are ready for the Fit For Life Club. Or if you struggle to make your health and fitness a priority, if you want to feel fit and healthy in your body, if you want to eat healthy and exercise consistently, if you are tired of feeling blah in your body, if you are struggling with bloating or low energy, if your body feels squishy and it makes you uncomfortable, if you lack confidence in your body when wearing certain clothes or your bathing suit, if the way you feel in your body holds you back from living your life to the fullest, if you get winded walking up stairs, if you are getting older and your body is changing, if you have excess weight you are tired of carrying around, if you want to hike, ski, bike, travel, etc. but don't have the strength and endurance to do it, you are ready to join the Fit For Life Club.
